DA-WV High Value Crops Development Program (HVCDP) Focal Person Jonifer Frades demonstrated techniques for planting dragon fruit during the Guimaras Dragon Fruit Festival’s Dragon Fruit Classroom event at the Capitol Grounds in San Miguel, Jordan, Guimaras, on August 8, 2023.
